We were listened the explanation of this forest history from one of the lectures. In the past, this forest was almost dying. They explained how they finally realized that human life give significance impacts on the environmental of the mountain and forest in this area. Due to self-consciousness of many people, they could save the forest and take care it up to now.

This module was unique. We walked from the entry of the forest up to the highest plate of the mountain. The lectures gave explanation based on certain trees or areas which have correlation with the history and the research which is done to the forest. They studied the types of trees and observe the growing, tried to understand the habit of each trees and the relation with environment (cold and summer weather).

This is our photo in front of beautiful church in Schwaebisch Hall. We made it in the raining time. It is taken in the last day of our case study in Wolpertshausen. The case study took place in the 1st semester of this master program study (in the beginning of 2009) for 2 days. It's a part of case study module. 

Our task is to find information about renewable energy development in Wolpertshausen based on each fields of groups (entrepreneur, technical, environmental, citizens, and decision making). After we have finished our case study in Wolpertshausen, we have to make a concept for the next development of renewable energy in Wolpertshausen (what is possible to achieve 100% self sufficiency from electicity and heat). In the last of this module, we made a portfolio about something interested for us in relation with renewable energy development in the community.

In the first day of our case study in Wolpertshausen, we had an introduction about the development of renewable energy in Wolpertshausen center of energy, what were the achievements and the plans for the next time. We were also get in touch with many people influenced the renewable energy development in Wolpertshausen from entrepreneur, citizens, forester, etc.  

In the night of our stay, we were invited to eat Indian Food from the owner of Indian restaurant in Schwaebisch Hall district. After we have finished our dinner, we were introduced to Indian traditional health massage. We were explained about the series of massage and the function of each part. The "Tabib" (traditional doctor from India) explained also all of the traditional plants used for the treatment.

This study excursion is held in the 2nd semester of my program study. There are a lot of companies and plants have been visited, one of them was WKV. WKV is supplier equipments for small and medium size of hydro power plant. In this study there were three students from outside Freiburg took apart.

This is a birthday party of my friend from Bulgaria in Colleguium Sapientiae. The host of the party was person with green circle. His favorite color is green. The party was spectacular. There were dancing together, birthday cake, and gifts part. We had many pleasures in this party.

This party is hold in the last summer in 2009. The host of the party were people with pink circle. The location of the party was in 'Vauban Student-house'. Vauban is an area which is famous as energy-efficiency area in Freiburg. There are a lot of passive houses which produce electricity from the sun.
